    We are looking for a communicative person who enjoys interacting with people to join us as a Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business clients using the G2A.com platform to sell digital products. Your main responsibilities will include representing the company, maintaining professional communication, building positive relationships with clients, and providing them with information and support using our internal tools.

    The role will require professionalism in customer service and the utilization of skills gained through the training we provide. It is important to have the ability to escalate issues to second-level support and to be ready to assist individuals from various departments within the company.

  • You’re a perfect match for the role if:

    • Your knowledge of English is at least B1 level (in writing)
    • You’re able to work from office at the beginning of the training period
    • You are able of good using computer and CRM panels
    • You’re able to work with a team and separately
    • You have basic experience in using MS Office

    It will be great, if you also:

    • Have basic gaming/e-commerce knowledge
    • Have an experience in customer care job

  • Responsibilities:

    • Reports problems reported by sellers and those noticed during work, to the second help line, through dedicated tools
    • Help sellers in the process of individual and business verification and contacts clients at the request of the AML department,
    • Check and verifies after-sales comments issued by buyers to detect irregularities or violations of T&C
    • Help and advise sellers on complaints that they may have received
    • Ensure that the Account Managers and Key Account Managers departments are directly and quickly informed about possible problems of their salesperson
    • Check the correctness of products and, if necessary, assist with their improvement together with the EDIT department
    • Provide the Quality Assurance Sellers department or the Team Manager with all comments he receives from sellers
    • Participate in monthly meetings with the Team Manager to evaluate the work, provide feedback
    • Participate in training courses organized by the company or department
