Your responsibilities:
- Gathering and evaluating business requirements to define the scope of your design tasks and KPI's
- Collaborating with UX researchers and data analysts to identify users needs and difficulties
- Performing UX audits on existing products to identify usability issues or bugs that need to be fixed
- Creating process flows, information architecture, interaction designs, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new and existing product features
- Participating in design feedback sessions to improve your design ideas and support others' work with your feedback
- Contributing to our zenith design system
- Working closely with product owners, product teams and business stakeholders across all stages of product development to deliver the best-in-class experiences for G2A users

You’re a perfect match to the role if:
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or in a similar role and demonstrate expertise in user-centered design and research methodologies
- You are developing the design process that allows you to solve complex users problems and align your design decisions with business requirements
- You have experience in designing complex digital products and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product owners, software engineers and business stakeholders
- You are familiar with agile methodologies and feel comfortable with iterative work
- You have great communication skills and use them for explaining your design ideas and promoting a customer-centric approach
- You are a natural team player and see value in collaborative work
- You have high Figma proficiency and learn easily new design software tools
- You are familiar with creating and developing design systems
- You knowledge of English well enough to communicate if there is such a need
- You have a portfolio that showcases your UX-related skills and the process behind the final design
It will be great if you additionally have:
- Knowledge about the gaming industry and being a gamer isn't a must but will be highly appreciated
- Experience with designing for e-commerce marketplaces will be also a plus
